BetPro360 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

Welcome to BetPro360. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and BetPro360 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the BetPro360 platform available at betpro360.click, including all associated services, features, content, betting markets, casino games, promotions and any other offerings provided by BetPro360.

By clicking "Register", "I Agree" or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the BetPro360 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the BetPro360 platform and close your account if one has already been created.

BetPro360 reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, users will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of BetPro360 after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Age Requirement

BetPro360 is strictly a platform for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit funds, place bets or participate in any activity on the platform. By registering an account on BetPro360, you confirm that you are 18 years old or older. BetPro360 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where the user is found to be underage. Any funds held in an underage account will be returned minus any winnings, which are forfeited.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on BetPro360. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If BetPro360 discovers that a user holds more than one account — regardless of whether the accounts use different names, payment methods or device details — all accounts except the original may be closed without warning, and any balances in the duplicate accounts may be confiscated. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact BetPro360 support immediately to resolve the situation.

Registration Information

When registering on BetPro360, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address and your Pakistani mobile phone number. BetPro360 may at any time request documentation to verify the information you have provided, including:

• A copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of the payment method used to deposit (screenshot of Easypaisa/JazzCash account, bank statement)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by BetPro360 may result in temporary suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Geographic Restrictions

BetPro360's services are offered to users in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that online betting is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your specific location. BetPro360 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly and completely prohibited under applicable law.

Your BetPro360 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password — and for all activity that takes place under your account. BetPro360 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. You should never share your login details with any other person, including family members.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, or that your password has been compromised, you must notify BetPro360 support immediately at support@betpro360.click. BetPro360 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your account, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain account security.

You agree not to use any automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to access, interact with or gain an unfair advantage on the BetPro360 platform. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension.

Supported Payment Methods

BetPro360 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. BetPro360 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals on BetPro360 are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless you have requested and received approval for an alternative method from BetPro360 support.
• BetPro360 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding Rs 50,000.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• BetPro360 may delay processing a withdrawal while an investigation is ongoing if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity or a Terms violation.

Dormant Account Fees

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. BetPro360 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before applying a dormancy fee of Rs 200 per month. This fee will continue to be deducted until the account balance reaches zero or the account holder logs in and reactivates their account.

All bets placed on BetPro360 are subject to the specific rules of the sport or event in question, as well as the general betting rules set out in this section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

Bet Acceptance

BetPro360 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed by users suspected of advantage betting, arbitrage betting, or any activity that BetPro360 considers to be in breach of these Terms. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation notification with a unique bet reference number. If you do not receive this confirmation, the bet has not been accepted.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body of the sport or event. For cricket, this means the result as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or relevant board. For PSL, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) result is definitive. For esports, the result published by the official tournament organiser is used.

• Abandoned events: If a cricket or PSL match is abandoned without a result, all pre-match bets on the match outcome are void and stakes are returned. In-play bets placed after the commencement of the match may be settled differently — refer to the specific rules for each market.
• Postponed events: If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 24 hours of the original start time, bets stand unless otherwise stated. Beyond 24 hours, bets are void and stakes returned.
• Incorrect odds: BetPro360 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error (e.g., a pricing system error that offered odds significantly out of line with market rates). Users will be notified and stakes returned.

Maximum Payout Limits

BetPro360 applies maximum payout limits per event and per market type. Single match payouts are capped at Rs 10,000,000 (Rs 1 Crore) unless a higher limit has been specifically agreed in writing. Accumulator and multiple bet payouts are subject to a maximum of Rs 5,000,000 (Rs 50 Lakh) per ticket. These limits apply regardless of stake or odds.

BetPro360's casino and games section — which includes Roulette, Andar Bahar, Ludo and other real-money games — is governed by these Terms in addition to the specific game rules displayed within each game interface. Where there is any conflict between the specific game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

• All casino game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). BetPro360 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active casino game round, the round will be completed and settled based on the state of the game at the time of disconnection. BetPro360 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the user's side.
• Ludo tournaments have their own entry fee and prize pool structure, displayed within the tournament lobby before entry. Entry fees are non-refundable once the tournament has begun.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors in casino games to accumulate winnings will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any affected winnings.

BetPro360 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section, as well as any additional conditions published with each specific offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and free bets — must be wagered a minimum number of times (typically 5x to 30x, as specified per offer) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount, unless otherwise stated.
• Eligible markets: Wagering requirements must be met on markets specified in each promotion. In-play betting markets typically contribute 100% toward wagering. Certain handicap and Asian line markets may contribute at a reduced rate. Casino games contribution toward sports bonus wagering requirements is 10% unless otherwise stated.
• Minimum odds: Bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not count toward bonus wagering requirements on BetPro360.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Any bonus funds remaining in your account after expiry will be removed automatically.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotional offer on BetPro360 is available to each eligible user once only.

Bonus Abuse

BetPro360 takes a strong position on bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging or arbitraging bonus funds, and using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise risk artificially (e.g., placing opposing bets on the same event to lock in a guaranteed outcome). Any account found to be misusing bonuses will have its promotional access revoked and any winnings derived from abusive activity will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetPro360. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during identity verification
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on BetPro360
• Using another person's payment method or identity to fund a BetPro360 account
• Colluding with other users to fix or manipulate the outcome of any bet or game
• Using automated betting software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting any technical error or software bug on the platform
• Money laundering or any activity that facilitates financial crime using the BetPro360 platform
• Placing bets while in possession of inside information that is not publicly available
• Attempting to access the accounts of other BetPro360 users without authorisation

BetPro360 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where prohibited conduct involves suspected criminal activity, we will report relevant information to the appropriate authorities.

All content on the BetPro360 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, interface design, code, odds data, promotional materials and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of BetPro360 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any BetPro360 content without express prior written permission from BetPro360.

BetPro360 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to use BetPro360's branding or intellectual property for commercial purposes, affiliate marketing or public promotion without a separate written agreement.

BetPro360 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on BetPro360, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding data on BetPro360:

• Your personal data is never sold to third parties
• Data is stored on secured servers with 256-bit SSL encryption
• You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support
• Bet history and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for regulatory and audit purposes

BetPro360 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment. We genuinely believe that gambling should be entertainment, not a financial solution or a coping mechanism. We provide the following tools to all users, accessible at any time from account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit
• Bet limits: Restrict the maximum stake per bet
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session length after which you are automatically logged out
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for 1, 7, 14 or 30 days
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from BetPro360. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum of 6 months

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BetPro360's total liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your BetPro360 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

BetPro360 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your own decisions to place bets or participate in games
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures or events outside BetPro360's reasonable control
• Indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Losses resulting from events of force majeure, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics or network infrastructure failures

Nothing in these Terms limits BetPro360's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

BetPro360 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any criminal conduct
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Discovery of a duplicate account
• Requests by law enforcement or regulatory authorities

If your account is closed by BetPro360 for a verified Terms violation, any outstanding balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed by BetPro360 for reasons unrelated to a Terms violation, your verified account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days.

You may request closure of your own BetPro360 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method following a final identity check.

BetPro360 may amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations — BetPro360 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice within the platform. Minor clarifications, corrections or administrative updates may take effect immediately without prior notice.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of BetPro360 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under BetPro360's operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through BetPro360's internal complaints process will be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified in the platform's licensing conditions.

If you have a complaint about BetPro360's service, you should first raise it directly with our support team at support@betpro360.click. BetPro360 aims to resolve all user complaints within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered, you may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution mechanism described in the licensing documentation.
